At Third Law Brazilian Jiu Jitsu you'll find the most complete training schedule available in the area. We'll offer you the opportunity to take both women-only classes as well as co-ed classes with the rest of our team. You simply can't find a more complete school. Specialized Women-Only Self-Defense Classes

Open to all belts. This class offers a women-only training environment where develop key grappling skills and drastically improve your physical fitness in a comfortable environment surrounded by other motivated women. In this class you'll learn how to handle self-defense situations starting from standing confrontations to a fight on the ground.
